Stand-alone paper submissions will normally be assembled thematically into groups of 4 presentations per 90-minute session. Participants should prepare a presentation of around 15 to 17 minutes duration, to be followed by 5 minutes of audience questions. Chairs will require sessions to run strictly to time.
Each stand-alone session will be chaired by a Congress participant chosen by the organizing committee. The stand-alone sessions will not normally feature commentaries or group question time.
Each prospective presenter at the Congress may submit more than one stand-alone abstract or abstract within a symposium.
Abstracts within accepted Symposia will be submitted using a different portal, this submission portal is for stand-alone papers only. Click here to find out more about submitting your abstract within Symposia.
If you have any questions regarding the submission process, please get in contact with Georgia Watson.
